33 Debian LTS Advisories fixing 216 CVEs for various packages were released by Debian LTS contributors in January 2026. These include notable security updates for python 3.9, django 2.2.28, php 7.4, apache2, ceph, Linux 6.1 kernel and more.

A study into the security status report of p7zip, which is unmaintained upstream, was also done last month in addition to updates contributed for recent releases of Debian 12, Debian 13 and to Debian unstable.

Auf meinem Raspberry Pi hänge ich bei Nextcloud auf Hub 3 / Version 25 fest, weil zum Raspberry Pi OS nur PHP 7.4 gehört und neuere Nextcloud-Versionen mindestens PHP 8.0 vorfinden möchten.

Nun kann ich natürlich eine weitere Softwarequelle einbinden und von dort neuere PHP-Pakete beziehen. Will ich das auch? Oder ziehe ich mir im Raspberry Pi OS damit eine Inkompatiblitätenhölle an anderen Stellen an Bord?
Nextcloud 26 soll mit PHP 8.2 harmonieren, somit entfielen also immerhin Zwischenschritte bei der PHP-Aktualisierung …

Langer Rede kurzer Sinn: Hat das (NC 25→26→27 & PHP 7.4→8.2) hier schon jemand durchgezogen und ist auf irgendeinen Fallstrick gestoßen, den ich vermeiden kann?

Releasenotes von Baikal sagt das 8.1 unterstützt wird ... Bei wem liegt denn das Problem? Ich habe meinen Uberpsace nun erstmal wieder auf #PHP74 zurückgestellt, das funktioniert.

Aha #Wallabag ist immer noch bei #PHP73 obwohl der Community Support dafür am 06.12.2021 eingestellt wurde ... #PHP74 ist ja auch erst im November 2019 veröffentlich worden. Äusserst knapp sich darauf einzustellen. Manchmal hasse ich die Welt

Auch gut. #ghostcms funktioniert (muss mit Inhalten gefüttert werden). Ich denke mal es kommt noch #Jellyfin rauf und gut ist es. Auf jedenfall nichts mit #Docker und ähnlichem. Und falls #Wallabag dann endlich mal #PHP74 unterstützen wird, kann man ja darüber noch mal nachdenken #raspi4
