@mrola Tengo meses usando #DeepSeek para generar código, y es mucho más eficiente, limpio y bien documentado, que otras herramientas similares. He podido generar scripts incluso para herramientas en iOS, como #Pythonista o #Scriptable con facilidad.

I am a big fan of #scriptable. Such a nice app. Sure I could build this myself in SwiftUI but then I would have to deal with all the signing and App Store bullshit. Also for little things like this JavaScript is so much nicer than a strict language like Swift.
And of course #homeassistant which provides all the data in a unified manner with a simple well documented API.

4 kids choosing car seat positions. Between “it’s my turn”, “it’s my day” (we operate a “day” based chore/reward scheme), and “shotgun” it seems it’s always a mini war when we have to get into the car to go anywhere.

So… Geek Dad to the rescue!

A lockscreen #Shortcuts icon using an inline #Scriptable (from @simonbs) script, and now seat positions are assigned randomly (it takes into account how many are riding, to ignore the least favorite seats where possible).

It lets you set a #scryfall query to show a random card from that query. It has little quirks and isn’t perfect but I enjoy it.

You can supply your own background image. I use this one. Place it in a backgrounds folder in the scriptable folder named 3.jpeg (I know, you can edit that in the code)

After signing up for Stern Pinball Insider Connected, I tried to add their Wallet pass for quickly logging into machines when playing, but it wasn’t working. Scriptable to the rescue: I created this cute mini widget with the QR code so I can log in right from the Home Screen. Works great from the iPhone 13 mini.

Would be nice to add XP/achievements to it but looks like the service doesn’t have an API to let me do that. #pinball #scriptable
