Like a lot of my favourite music, this album is hard to pigeonhole with a genre label. It sits vaguely near 90s nerdrock; They Might Be Giants, Weezer, Cake, etc. Although this track is out on the surreal end of that genre, with Marcy Playground. You could even describe it as a US Oasis sort of sound.

I feel pretty useless today. Jumped into the day with no plans. Should have a bit more initiative.
Watched an hour of Remembrance Day coverage, did a cold 4.5km walk with a coffee in the middle, and did an hour of software work on a project.
Managed breakfast and lunch, and we'll probably get supper out.
Seems a bit wasted. Should've picked up a book.
