Another letter to the editor of another medical journal in which another set of doctors use another dodgy methodology and say that it's OK to use Google Translate to get interpreting for patients. Just stop it. Your dodgy research could risk patient health. If you want to test something, actually ask someone who knows about interpreting to help design the study.
Outside of words that don't appear enough for us to know what they mean, there's no such thing as an untranslatable word.
