<p>Os processadores Intel Core Ultra 200S (codinome Arrow Lake-S) são oficiais. Destinados a desktops, eles são opções para quem busca alto desempenho em jogos ou em aplicações profissionais, mas também vislumbram contar com recursos de inteligência artificial: os novos chips têm NPU de 13 TOPS.</p>

<p>São cinco processadores nesta leva. O mais avançado deles é o Intel Core Ultra 9 285K, que conta com 24 núcleos de CPU. Destes, oito são núcleos Lion Cove (P) direcionados a tarefas que exigem mais desempenho, enquanto 16 são da série Skymont (E), com foco em eficiência energética.</p>

<p>Os demais modelos da linha usam os mesmos tipos de núcleos, mas em quantidades e frequências diferentes.</p>

<p>Segundo a Intel, os núcleos Lion Cove têm IPC 9% superior em relação aos núcleos Raptor Cove de geração anterior. Já os núcleos Skymont têm IPC 32% maior na comparação com os núcleos anteriores, chamados de Gracemont. O IPC faz referência à quantidade de instruções que o núcleo executa em cada ciclo de clock. Quanto maior o IPC, melhor.<
