La evolución del marketing digital dejó de depender solo de creatividad y alcance. El sector se orientó a convertir datos en decisiones de negocio en tiempo real. Marcas y retailers adoptaron arquitecturas de información para operar con mayor precisión.
De cara a 2026, el ecosistema evolucionó hacia entornos híbridos de experiencia del consumidor. La interacción combinó tiendas físicas, comercio electrónico, contenido social y automatización basada en datos. El proceso generó recorridos de compra más fluidos e integrados.
El cambio estructural conectó marcas, productos y usuarios dentro de un mismo sistema. La experiencia pesó más que el canal en la decisión de compra. El consumo ocurrió en múltiples puntos coordinados por datos e inventarios.
Estrategia basada en datos
Sergio Remolina, Strategic Partnership Manager de Groovinads, explicó el viraje del sector. Señaló que la ventaja competitiva residió en anticipar comportamientos del consumidor. Las arquitecturas de datos permitieron integrar creatividad y contenido.
El Retail Media se transformó en infraestructura estratégica del negocio digital. Integró datos de navegación, compra, inventario y comportamiento en una sola lógica. La activación alcanzó audiencias offline, online e in-store.
