### Президент Трамп запускает "Миссию Дженезис" — ИИ-проект, сравнимый с Манхэттенским проектом
Президент США Дональд Трамп 24 ноября 2025 года подписал исполнительный указ, инициирующий масштабный проект в сфере искусственного интеллекта под названием Genesis Mission. Этот шаг уже окрестили "новым Манхэттенским проектом" — в память о легендарной программе по созданию первого атомного оружия во Второй мировой войне.
В основе "Миссии Дженезис" лежит национальная программа по интеграции ИИ в научные исследования, чтобы радикально ускорить открытия и перестроить подходы к экспериментам. Согласно указу, Министерство энергетики (DOE) получило задание разработать единую закрытую AI-платформу. Она объединит ведущие суперкомпьютеры страны, огромные датасеты и специализированные инструменты для генерации научных моделей, а также для питания автоматизированных роботизированных лабораторий.
Министру энергетики также поручено задействовать национальные лаборатории DOE, чтобы слить воедино таланты ведущих американских ученых, мощнейшие вычислительные ресурсы и обширные научные архивы в единую экосистему совместной работы. Аналогичные инструкции разосланы и в другие ведомства — от здравоохранения до обороны, — чтобы они адаптировали платформу под свои приоритеты, такие как разработка лекарств или моделирование климатических сценариев.
В упрощенном виде: США планируют консолидировать усилия тысяч ученых, десятков лабораторий и суперкомпьютеров, подкрепив их гигантскими базами данных. Цель — прорывы в областях, где сейчас уходят годы на рутинные расчеты, от биологии до энергетики.
Особый акцент в проекте на создание автономных ИИ-агентов: они будут генерировать и проверять гипотезы, автоматизировать лабораторные процессы и катализировать инновации. Это не просто масштабирование существующих инструментов — речь о настоящих "ИИ-ученых", способных самостоятельно вести исследования.
Ожидаемые эффекты от "Миссии Дженезис" амбициозны: взрывной рост научных открытий, укрепление национальной безопасности, лидерство в энергетике, рост производительности и многократное увеличение отдачи от федеральных инвестиций в R&D. В итоге — закрепление технологического превосходства США и их роли глобального лидера.
Платформа будет фокусироваться на автоматизации экспериментов, ускоренном моделировании и прогнозировании — от свертывания белков в молекулах до поведения термоядерной плазмы в реакторах.
Как подчеркивается в официальном факте-шите Белого дома, это продолжение курса Трампа на доминирование в ИИ: от отмены "вредных" регуляций Байдена до плана "America’s AI Action Plan".
