😒 I need a to-do list system that works for #ADHD. Anyone have any ideas? I've tried a loose #Kanban from within #Obsidian as well as some sort of #GetStuffDone system through #TickTick but I'm finding I'm just horribly disorganized regardless.
A few weeks ago, I had the privilege of participating in a fireside chat at the LinkedIn Bellevue office. Towards the end of the Q&A session, a software engineer early in their career asked me, “What is the most important skill to learn?”
Naturally, they anticipated the answer might involve something like AI, post-quantum cryptography, or perhaps even cybersecurity.
My response, however, was simple:
“Learn how to get stuff done.”
I cannot take credit for this impactful statement, as I first heard it during an interview with President Barack Obama a few years ago.
