Rajasthan News: राजस्थान के बाड़मेर जिले में नाबालिग छेड़छाड़ का एक गंभीर मामला सामने आया है। शिव थाना क्षेत्र के एक निजी अस्पताल में 16 साल की नाबालिग के साथ सोनोग्राफी के बहाने डॉक्टर ने अश्लील हरकतें की। पीड़िता के परिजनों की शिकायत पर पुलिस ने 33 वर्षीय डॉक्टर विष्णु चौधरी को हिरासत में लिया। यह घटना स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं पर सवाल उठाती है।
घटना का विवरण
शनिवार को नाबालिग अपनी मां के साथ पेट दर्द की शिकायत लेकर अस्पताल गई थी। डॉक्टर ने सोनोग्राफी की सलाह दी। पीड़िता के अनुसार, सोनोग्राफी कक्ष में डॉक्टर ने उसे अकेले बुलाया और गलत तरीके से छुआ। विरोध करने पर वह हट गया। अगले दिन नाबालिग ने अपने पिता को घटना बताई, जिन्होंने तुरंत शिव थाने में शिकायत दर्ज की।
पुलिस की कार्रवाई
शिव थानाधिकारी सत्यप्रकाश ने बताया कि नाबालिग छेड़छाड़ की शिकायत पर डॉक्टर के खिलाफ पॉक्सो एक्ट सहित अन्य धाराओं में मामला दर्ज किया गया। पुलिस ने नाबालिग के बयान दर्ज किए और जांच शुरू की। बाड़मेर एसपी नरेंद्रसिंह मीना ने कहा कि आरोपी को हिरासत में लिया गया है। जांच के बाद उचित कार्रवाई होगी।
चिकित्सा विभाग की प्रतिक्रिया
बाड़मेर के मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी विष्णुराम विश्नोई ने बताया कि अस्पताल का रजिस्ट्रेशन नहीं था। डॉक्टर के पास सोनोग्राफी का लाइसेंस है, लेकिन अवैध रूप से अस्पताल चल रहा था। उन्होंने ब्लॉक हेल्थ अधिकारी को अस्पताल सीज करने के निर्देश दिए। इस घटना ने स्थानीय लोगों में आक्रोश पैदा किया है। अधिक जानकारी के लिए राष्ट्रीय बाल अधिकार संरक्षण आयोग की वेबसाइट देखें।
