Himachal News: हिमाचल प्रदेश में ट्रेड यूनियन हड़ताल ने जोर पकड़ा। केंद्रीय ट्रेड यूनियनों और संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा के आह्वान पर मजदूरों और किसानों ने शिमला सहित जिला और ब्लॉक मुख्यालयों पर प्रदर्शन किया। बारिश के बावजूद सैकड़ों श्रमिकों ने सरकार की नीतियों के खिलाफ आवाज उठाई। 26,000 रुपये न्यूनतम वेतन, पुरानी पेंशन बहाली और निजीकरण रोकने की मांग प्रमुख रही। यह हड़ताल मजदूरों के हक की लड़ाई का प्रतीक बनी।

हड़ताल में शामिल श्रमिक और मांगें

ट्रेड यूनियन हड़ताल में आंगनबाड़ी, मिड-डे मील, मनरेगा, निर्माण, स्वास्थ्य, औद्योगिक मजदूरों और बैंक कर्मियों ने हिस्सा लिया। प्रदर्शनकारियों ने बिजली संशोधन विधेयक रद्द करने, आउटसोर्स भर्ती बंद करने और महंगाई पर अंकुश लगाने की मांग की। सीटू के अध्यक्ष विजेंद्र मेहरा ने बताया कि हड़ताल पूरे प्रदेश में सफल रही। मजदूरों ने चार लेबर कोड को मजदूर विरोधी बताते हुए इन्हें रद्द करने की मांग की।

लेबर कोड का विरोध और प्रभाव

नए लेबर कोड के लागू होने से 70% उद्योग और 74% मजदूर श्रम कानूनों के दायरे से बाहर हो जाएंगे। इससे ठेका प्रथा और फिक्स टर्म रोजगार को बढ़ावा मिलेगा। काम के घंटे 8 से बढ़कर 12 हो सकते हैं, जिसे मजदूर बंधुआ मजदूरी मानते हैं। हड़ताल में शामिल श्रमिकों ने स्थायी रोजगार और मनरेगा बजट में बढ़ोतरी की मांग की। यह कदम मजदूरों के अधिकारों की रक्षा के लिए उठाया गया।

किसानों और योजना कर्मियों की मांग

हड़ताल को हिमाचल किसान सभा और अन्य संगठनों का समर्थन मिला। किसानों ने कर्ज मुक्ति और स्वामीनाथन कमीशन की सिफारिशों को लागू करने की मांग की। आंगनबाड़ी, मिड-डे मील और आशा कर्मियों को सरकारी कर्मचारी का दर्जा देने की मांग भी उठी। सीटू महासचिव प्रेम गौतम ने कहा कि योजना कर्मियों, ठेका और अस्थायी मजदूरों को नियमित रोजगार मिलना चाहिए। यह हड़ताल मजदूर-किसान एकता का प्रतीक है।

हड़ताल का व्यापक समर्थन

ट्रेड यूनियन हड़ताल को जनवादी महिला समिति, एसएफआई, डीवाईएफआई, पेंशनर एसोसिएशन और दलित शोषण मुक्ति मंच ने समर्थन दिया। बैंक कर्मियों, बीमा कर्मियों और मेडिकल रिप्रेजेंटेटिव भी शामिल हुए। प्रदर्शनकारियों ने श्रमिक कल्याण बोर्ड के लाभ सुनिश्चित करने की मांग की। हड़ताल ने सरकार की नीतियों पर सवाल उठाए और मजदूरों-किसानों के हक की आवाज को बुलंद किया। यह आंदोलन नीतिगत बदलाव की जरूरत को रेखांकित करता है।
