Any #Linux nerds out there who know about the inner-workings of #Wayland?
Having an issue with refresh rates.

My work laptop runs #Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS (not my choice), and it only seems to be able to detect my 165Hz monitor as 99.95Hz.

The thing is before I ran a dist-upgrade and it was running 20.04.6 LTS and using X11 it would run at the full refresh rate just fine, same monitor, same cable.

My refind doesn't find my custom kernel anymore and fails back to the basic one, even the manuel entry with hardcoded filename can't find it and I don't know what changed between the updates that made it stop working. File is there, correct chmod, name is in custom version in the refind.conf, etc
