Me and a friend both have old #HumanWare #BrailleNoteApex #NoteTaker's lying around, and would like to see if we can do anything useful with them. They've been discontinued for some years now, and unfortunately HumanWare never made an SDK for them, but they run Windows CE 6.0 with a custom shell called #KeySoft, so I am fairly confident that we could develop something for them once we reverse-engineer KeySoft's API.

The new Kindle Scribe #AI feature is surfaced as a button in the middle of the other buttons. I don't have to use it, but there is no setting for turning off the AI or removing the button. (I'd really like an undo shortcut for the button on my pen, but that won't get press, like I'm inadvertently giving this.) I guess this is Amazon's first crack at Opt-in. Praise you, Bezos. From past experience with AI-creep (or creepy AI features), I speculate that a future update will summarize proactively. Yeah, I hope it will love my wonderful cursive notes!

Can anyone recommend me a good meeting transcriber with summary features? I've been using tactiq, which I really like because it doesn't add a bot to the call to transcribe (unlike otter for example) but the pro version provides only 10 meeting summaries per month with no way of upgrading without purchasing a team plan at 20€/month, which is an excessive price for just myself.
