I'm not sure if I'm just a dumb derg that can't figure out how the gradient tool in #Pinta on Linux works or if said tool is just broken... but no matter what colors I select in the color palette, Pinta just ignores them and will ONLY let me create a black and white gradient. Grr.

Can someone make a real open source svg/vector #editor. Something like affinity design, but runs on all operating systems. OSX #Linux windows. That does not use #GTK because every GTK app is not suited for real work when you wanna get stuff done I’m sorry I need menus lists and dropdowns no hamburger trash plz.

Great to see Pinta updated. Such a small, nifty image editor for those simple tasks as a crop or an export to PNG. And that's mostly what I need. Gonna check that flatpak.

Gerade geistert herum, dass #Pinta in neuer Version erschienen ist. Also habe ich dem Programm wieder eine Chance gegeben. Scanne ein Foto und will dies aus den Netzlaufwerk per Drag und Drop in das Programmfenster ziehen. Ergebnis: Programm meldet eine Fehlermeldung.
Schade. Also wieder raus damit.
