3D printing filament in a vacuum sealed bag. One side of the bag, which has a much bigger piece of plastic standing over, thus making it the obvious and intuitive choice to carlessly rip it open has "Do not open from this side" printed on it. This is because the reusable seal is on the other side.

Ooh, new #Polymaker PETG formula. I like the old stuff, but it spaghetti-fies if you try to print too fast. #3DPrinting

Has anyone printed with Polymaker's HT-PLA (High Temp PLA) ?

If so, have you noticed it to be "stinkier" than regular PLA?

I've printed two things with it so far and both times I've definitely noticed the smell more than regular PLA.

Just curious if its just me, or if others have noticed this too.

Just wanted to show 3D printed #ttrpg dice, because they came out pretty good.

Printer is Bambu Lab A1 mini, 0.2mm nozzle with Polymaker Starlight Nebula PLA.
I manually colored the numbers with acryllic paint and removed the excess using nail polish remover.

They will be used in the next #dsa5 session. 🎲

Purchased a #polymaker #polydryer from #amazon The box was missing the dryer dock. Is this an Amazon problem or a #polymaker issue? This seems like it would be a mfg issue during packaging. Everything looked okay outside and inside of the box. I've started buying from places other than #amazon due to the number of issues that I've had over the last year.

Just watched a video from Polymaker where they're talking about their new PLA-HT (High Temp) filament.

PLA that won't deform in hot conditions that regular PLA would fail in.

Finished my new keyboard! it’s an evolution of my old keyboard with some function keys and media keys moved to the top right so I stop pressing mute instead of ctrl! It is a little taller than I like but the design I layered so I think I can shave off at least 5mm without too much hassle (probably more!)

@alios Ich drucke ausschließlich nur noch mit PETG von #polymaker. Bisher im Ausseneinsatz null Probleme gehabt und das Zeug ist bereits seit vielen Monaten der Natur ausgesetzt.

In a break from the electronics madness of this week we took some time out to add glitter to these #3dprinted #Christmas decorations. Part of our annual tradition in which we create custom decorations for our kids school friends themed after their class names. This year we have Phoenix and Blue Herons. I still remember the olden days when we used to use salt dough and cookie cutters!

This years decs were printed with metallic filaments from #Polymaker .

@mrxlix was heißt den günstig für dich? Ich nutze gern #Polymaker #Polyterra PLA das ist eher matt, auf Kartonspule und kostet 20€/kg. Ich kaufe bei #3DJake.
Mit PETG habe ich noch keine Eefahrungen, aber zum Testen ne Rolle von #QiTech, weil ich das Konzept gut finde.
Auch die #recyclingfabrik finde ich vom Konzept gut, hab mit deren PLA aber durchwachsene Erfahrungen gemacht.

So. Die Tage neue Filament angekommen. #Polymaker #PolyTerra PLA Banana, Cotton White, Peanut und Sapphire Blue. Dazu zwei Rollen ASA in Weiß und Hellgrau. Das ASA ist jetzt seit knapp 3h bei 70º im Backofen zum Trocknen.

Anwendung: Bento Box drucken (https://www.printables.com/de/model/272525-bentobox-v20-carbon-filter-for-bambu-lab-x1c-enclo) und Winkel für einen Holzrahmen eins Fliegen/Mückengitters für unser Küchenfenster (damit wir nicht die Tür auflassen müssen).

Hat jemand schon mal mit ASA auf dem Bambulab P1S gedruckt?

I placed some activated alumina dessicant in with my spool of Carbon Fiber Nylon a few hours ago, and yeah so far it is working far better than silica gel. We'll see where things are by the end of the weekend. I might finally be able to print.

Not shown, after taking the first photo, I barely had the Polybox open for a minute, when it shot up to 30% humidity. I imagine that recovered quicker than the other 4%.
