Today, I’m continuing my AI Building Blocks series in Unity by adding Text-to-Speech features to our existing LLM prototype. This honestly makes the prototype feel more vivid.

This works by taking our LLM callback response and sending the generated text to ElevenLabs or OpenAI TTS using our Text-to-Speech agent, allowing us to turn AI responses into natural-sounding audio that works across multiple platforms.

The #Job market in #UK for #programmers over last 9 months in some numbers: 246 jobs processed, >62% ghosted, ~20% CV rejected, >7% interview rejected; that 11% is variety including being ignored after asking for conversation... (needs more detailed pick for count).
In May, June & July I was getting much more rejections immediately, later mostly been ghosted, but the frequency of applications went down since.

I can't fathom why the dependently typed programming language and interactive proof assistant F* isn't as prominent (hyped) as Lean, Idris, Agda, Coq, etc., among the programmers.
F* (#Fstar) is tatics-based proof assistant that additionally employs de Moura's Z3 #SMT solver—yes, the same bloke who created #Lean. Z3, F*, and Lean all came out of Microsoft Research. More importantly to #programmers, F* was created with the express purpose of doing #proof-oriented #verified #programming.
