🇫🇷 Du temps où il y avait encore des trains de marchandises à Arlon comme ce soir de novembre 2005. Les pavés glissants du quai ont disparu avec la modernisation des quais. Et demain peut-être, y aura-t-il aussi de la neige comme il y a vingt ans...

🇫🇷 Si les Z2 luxembourgeoises vivent leurs dernières semaines en service régulier (un parcours d'adieu est programmé le 29 novembre prochain entre Luxembourg et Diekirch), les françaises ont depuis longtemps déserté la capitale du Grand Duché et le sillon Lorrain. En novembre 2005, deux rames Z 11500, dans la belle livrée "Mirabelle" de l'époque, brillent dans le soir tombant et sont prêtes à assurer un TER vers Metz. L'ancien atelier (dont le toit est en partie visible par dessus la marquise de quai) a fait place à deux nouveaux quais depuis lors...

🇬🇧 If the Luxembourg Z2 EMUs are living their last weeks in normal service (a farewell train is scheduled for November 29 between Luxembourg and Diekirch), the French ones have long vanished from the capital of the Grand Duchy and the "Lorraine corridor". In November 2005, two Z11500 EMUs, in the beautiful "Mirabelle" livery from then, are shining in the falling evening ready to work a TER to Metz. The old workshop (of which the roof is partly visible above the platform canopy) did let place for two new platforms increasing the station's capacity.

Deux rames Z 11500 de la SNCF en gare de Luxembourg. Elles arborent la livrée Mirabelle avec les faces jaunes et un large bandeau de la même couleur autour des fenêtres et de même que les portes d'accès. Le soir de novembre tombe et nous offre une belle heure bleue.
