I was delighted to write this NY Times article about astronomers' idea to build the most powerful gamma ray telescope ever on the backs of the thousands of satellites that crowd our skies!
(With plenty of caveats that we need more regulations around these mega constellations of satellites).

For example, yesterday I read on @SwissIonChannel ‘s profile that in Mastodon there are currently about 33,000 scientists... but I didn't know that people are migrating to Hive Social too…😉
