My hand pain... disappeared?! 🥳

I don't know who needs to hear this, but apparently your hand is supposed to be floating when using a computer mouse, also a vertical one. Don't put your hand on the desk. Move your whole arm, not just the wrist. I learned this a month ago, at age 31, and this one simple adjustment made my hand pain go away.

One of our fresh Java developers wrote a LOT of unnecessary rows to the database because he assumed that Java's List-operations just work out of the box. Most of the time`equals()`doesn't really matter, but sometimes it does.

So I presented the problem and the root cause to the entire team ... and I pointed out the code changes where it was me who forgot to implement `equals()`and wrote a LOT of unnecessary rows to the database. Twice. This year.
