This morning I tried to stay in bed and rest, but the cravings hit hard. Dopamine so low I could barely stay alert on the road. Now I’m at my safe café, frozen inside myself, watching a movie I can’t follow, thoughts detached from my body. Withdrawals are hard, but I keep showing up.
