Das Bild zeigt eine malerische Dorflandschaft an einem sonnigen Tag. Im Vordergrund erstreckt sich eine satte grüne Wiese mit einigen Büschen und einer kleinen Bank im Schatten eines Baumes am linken Bildrand. Ein schmaler Weg führt die Wiese hinauf und dann leicht nach rechts in das Dorf hinein.

Das Zentrum des Bildes wird von der Architektur des Dorfes dominiert. Auf der linken Seite ragt die Spitze eines Kirchturms mit einer roten Ziegeldachhaube und einem Kreuz auf. Der Turm besteht aus rotem Backstein und hat Rundbogenfenster sowie eine sichtbare Turmuhr mit goldenen Zeigern. Vor dem Kirchturm und daneben reihen sich traditionelle Fachwerkhäuser mit roten Ziegeldächern und Ziergiebeln. Einige Häuser sind eng aneinander gebaut, während andere durch kleinere Gärten und Hecken getrennt sind.

Auf der rechten Seite des Bildes fällt ein weiteres markantes Backsteingebäude auf, das mit seinem dunklen Dach und der reihenweise angeordneten Fensterfront Aufmerksamkeit erregt. Dieses Gebäude scheint ein öffentliches Gebäude zu sein, da die Inschrift "POSTAMT" (Postamt) darauf zu lesen ist. Die Fassade ist mit schwarzen Akzenten und ornamentalen Elementen verziert. Zwischen den Häusern und entlang der Straße ist üppiges Grün in Form von Bäumen und Sträuchern zu sehen, das der Szene eine natürliche und idyllische Atmosphäre verleiht.

Calle a la sombra con pocas personas, adoquinada, de un sólo carril y con bancos sin respaldar delimitando las aceras a ambos lados del mismo. El cielo está despejado con alguna nube casi transparente. Se ve el Teide al fondo, le queda algo de nieve. Los edificios a ambos lados no superan las 2 plantas de altura.

Having a break a bit from the monkey panorama (I still have few things to post from that panorama), and heading towards a little stroll I did with somewhat unusual "settings".
This stroll took place on January 27th, and I've used a lens that I've neglected for a long time; my Sigma 70-300mm - in addition to that, I've used it with B+W infrared filter (a filter that I didn't use in a long time as well in favor of Neewer IR filters set). Of course using my modified camera for this stroll.
Such a telephoto lens is a challenge and eventually I've been shooting mostly at 70mm, but nevertheless, it was some experience to go through and test few things.
This shot here is somewhat a test shot for a pharmacy on the other side of the road, shot at 135mm, and shot through a wire fence (or whatever it's called) hence the dark spots. Well, hope the owners don't mind me posting about their pharmacy (I'm doing free advertising here folks! 😬)
Anyway, this was the beginning of the stroll. More interesting stuff occurred later!
