It's a great piece of #investigative #reporting by #Nature's news team. which they are careful to note is independent editorially from the science journal.

TLDR:

Dude fabricates #superconductivity research, destroys his career,
poisons his students' careers,
sullies #UniversityOfRochester's reputation,
and brings into question the credibility of Nature's review process.
