Is #youtrack from #jetbrains constantly failing for anybody else who is in North America? Both the wiki and the issue tracking fail continually.

I've made two Container issues for #PHPStorm (and #JetBrains overall) that should fix some whoes on remote development.

They've slapped AI on my issue tracker, #YouTrack, at work now. 😒

Just pushed a new #phpstan #todoby release which adds support for expiring code comments by @github issue tracker idenfitiers.

PHPStan will emit errors when github issues or pull requests get closed, to get you informed. thx @emasiakowski

this means we now support JIRA and github issues. support for #youtrack is in the making.

@alan Hey Alan, late response but yes we do use #YouTrack. I am also a huge fan of #Jetbrains.

We could manage any need from #ticketsystem with mail inbox handling over #knowledgebase for internal use to #projectmanagement including time tracking like a charm.

At the moment, I would not choose any other solution than Jetbrain's YouTrack.

And the pricing model with up to 10 free users provided as #SaaS is a dream for #startups and #smallbusiness

Hey #SoloPreneurs, is anyone using YouTrack for issues and helpdesk? I currently use Jira for issue management and FreshDesk for customer tickets but I see YouTrack can do it all in one and as a PHPStorm fan I'm wondering if this is the right way to go?

What are your experiences with this?

I got concerned for a minute. #YouTrack didn't want to use my custom domain for some reasons so I had to redo the DNS setup and check that the settings in YouTrack were fine. Must've been a glitch or a maintenance thing.
