3. #Ukraine cannot stop the #war.

It is defending itself. The only country that can end the war is #Russia. One decision is enough: withdraw troops from the #occupied territories. Ukraine has nothing to "stop" - it did not start this #aggression. Russia, on the other hand, is under no threat.
