Situaci navíc komplikuje fakt, že více než 90 % dnes nainstalovaných fotovoltaických technologií v České republice pochází z Číny. Jde o zařízení, která mohou být v určitých případech spravována na dálku přímo z území výrobce. A přestože NÚKIB na tato rizika dlouhodobě upozorňuje, není možné tato zařízení plošně zakázat ani odpojit. Výměna by byla extrémně nákladná a pro většinu domácností prakticky nedosažitelná, protože lidé do svých fotovoltaik investovali stovky tisíc korun, mnohdy formou úspor a dotací.

Yay! Main goal is met! So I'll start filming in Feb. I still need your support on a stretch goal for gear (eg green screen) to make it easier to create #vfx needed to imagine a #solarpunk future, with no central governments, no police, no politicians, and ordinary folk govern themselves in a direct democracy.

Concept graphic of the idea of weather commons, showing how its practice connects many actors (including nonhumans) across society and nature. The diagram is based on a series of facilitated online workshops in 2023–2024 with 15 experts from diverse disciplinary backgrounds such as engineering, law, commons, geography, art and public governance. It is intended to be a tool for imagining, sharing, and developing the concept of weather commons with diverse stakeholders by visualizing the scope of what a “weather commons” could comprise. All elements are interconnected and interrelated, an assemblage which comes together to form the concept of weather commons.
