Crafting software like the Joker, wild and free,
In the language, I excel,
, my tales I tell,
Model-based, my approach is keen,
, in every scene,
But in the coding arena, where I'm the king,

All #orgdesign approaches or "new ways of organizing" that do not understand #decentralization, that do not distinguish between #periphery and center, are actually command-and-control approaches.

I did not say was the problem! is a symptom of a lack of insight and a lack of interest in the actual problems.

Now, we seem to agree that command-and-control management, functional division, budgeting and steering are at the heart of the actual problem. I understand that is just that old mess, remixed and renamed. It is a continuation of what we call Alpha.

And there is an alternative to that: betacodex.org/ Take a look!
