coming soon! my notebook sketches book is 100 pages of strange scenes. tornado gods, beach bums, street dwellers. all manner of weirdos met along my vagabond life.

I meticulously organized each page spread and arranged the entire book in an abstract narrative of sorts.

I've received the proof copy of my notebook sketches book. looks and feels great! filled with all manner of weird scenes inside. perhaps it will be your favorite coloring book?

this is going to be a very small run of 50 copies. Its main purpose is a test run for a larger, full color book I'm working on. but its something I've wanted to put together for a while. it's like the DIY self released ep before the mainstream, commercial sellout full-length.

I'm learning new design/publishing software (Affinity) and learning the process of book/zine publication. Working on a book of notebook sketches. I've meticulously paired drawings for the page spreads and organized them into "chapters". Looks to be 106 pages or so of pure fun!

My newest #artzine (I'm nearly done with artzines - I think) is the Book of Birds. 19 colour sketches of various #birds painted in #watercolour, #acrylic, and #ink, in a 16-page booklet.
Volume 1! – because I think there may be more bird-related artsy zines 😄 I love painting birds. They have good shapes, beautiful colours, and many are #cute!
