Finally got the latest #emom’s video edited and up. The first attempt - the easy one where it just played the whole evening from start to finish - got pinged for copyright on all the music that was playing between acts so I had to re-cut it properly with the title screens and a music bed of random noise I was messing around in the studio with earlier this week, and everything. It’s still not perfect but I feel like I’m starting to get the hang of the basics of Premiere.

Free event for all to celebrate 200 years of Allestree Lake’s history!
Wide variety of nature & history themed activities along with local community groups on the Oak Furlong field by the lake.

I don't think this noodling was as interesting as the first one I did (mastodon.social/@jtruk/1140416) but it was solid enough and I felt relaxed enough to play around a bit. Great face contortions and good reception from the crowd.

左の三頭筋と左腰の怪我で暫く休んでたけど、久々の公園トレ🛝
腰の方は日常生活は問題ない位に回復したけど、後方に反らすと未だちょっと痛みがある😢
三頭筋の方はマッスルアップ、懸垂では平気なのに、斜め懸垂だとかなり痛みが出て、正直謎すぎる🤔

X-PLOSIONで、プロテインのついでに液体チョーク買ってみた。
パワリフ専らしいけど、鉄棒や吊り輪でも問題なく使えた。以前使ってた中華製wと比べると、全然品質も良いし使用感も凄く良かった👍
あ、ただ蓋閉める時に油断すると思いの外チョークが爆散するのでw、要注意☝️
