ChatGPT uzyskuje dostęp do plików z usług: Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Box i SharePoint (iCloud brak na liście) – umożliwiając odpowiedzi na pytania typu: „Jakie było nasze przychody w Q1 zeszłego roku?” czy „Ile razy korzystałem z transportu morskiego?”.

Dostępne są również złącza do platform takich jak: HubSpot, GitHub, Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Linear, Microsoft Teams i inne. Użytkownicy mogą tworzyć raporty i dokumenty, łącząc dane wewnętrzne i zewnętrzne za pomocą narzędzia Canvas.

OpenAI zapewnia, że dane z kont Team, Edu i Enterprise nie są wykorzystywane do trenowania modeli. Asystent działa zgodnie z uprawnieniami plików i wskazuje źródła danych.
