Magnet-Tentakel = fertsch. Alles wird besser mit Magneten. Und mit Tentakeln. Freu mich schon auf den Kampf!

Die kannste auch sonst vielseitig einsetzen, nicht nur bei Monstern: Versteckt auf jedem Terrainstück ein paar Magnete (Polarität beachten!) oder klebt Kronkoren, abgebrochene Segmente von Cuttermessern etc drauf. Dünn mit Heißleim und Bemalung kaschieren und niemand wird etwas ahnen.

Im Tabletop-Rollenspiel gibt's ne goldene Regel für Monster: Je mehr Tentakel, desto besser. Alles wird besser mit Tentakeln.

Also machen wir uns heute ein paar davon aus verschiedenen Zweikomponentenknetmassen, und zwar mit einem selbstgebauten Tentakelmaker. Kostet so gut wie nix und ist supereinfach zu bauen.

This photo is full of greens: a handful of snow pea pods rest on some lettuce with red edged leaves, and green rumpled swiss chard. There are a few water drops scattered over all, fresh from being picked in a dewy vegetable patch.

I sculpted it with polymer clay, and I loved the freedom it gave me compared to epoxy putties (though I still used GS for some details).

Next up, it's 3d scanning so I can refine it digitally. Can’t wait to paint!

Reaper miniatures bones ape demon with a head conversion to make it a cyclops with a horn growing out of it head. It is now painted purple with the wing bones painted with a yellow bone color that matches the horn.

I got a little painting time this morning so I base coated the purple people eater, and worked some more on the mushroom minis.

I'm really happy with how the troll is coming along.

Apart from being tinted Blue - how is it different from standard #Vaseline ?

I tried to research this on my own but it's seemingly quite difficult without a degree in #chemistry (?)
