I just saw one of my favourite bands again: The Hellacopters.

They are just so awesome. Super well-rehearsed, everything was perfect and this was just a small club gig. These guys could fill arenas if they wanted to.

Go see them if you get the opportunity.

Anni fa lessi che gli #Hellacopters si erano sciolti e quindi li avevo tolti dai miei radar.

Qualche giorno fa ho invece scoperto, grazie al #p2p, che invece hanno continuato facendo anzi un sacco di dischi da quando avevo letto la notizia fuorviante e quindi mi sono messo ad ascoltare le nuove (per me) produzioni fra le quali anche il nuovissimo disco.

Però sono rimasto decisamente deluso perché hanno abbandonato lo stile che mi aveva entusiasmato allora, passando da un #rock'n'roll velocissimo bello sporco con tanto sapore #punk e riff assassini ad un hard rock abbastanza insipido e già sentito, direi quella cosa che chiamano a'o'r che purtroppo riesco raramente a digerire.

Grande rock e payin' the dues restano per me i loro capolavori.
