Как я обучал LoRA на стиле South Park для Flux: сбор кадров через MPV, особенности FluxGym и эксперименты с рангами

Генеративные нейросети уже изменили мир цифрового искусства, но настоящая магия начинается, когда ты сам берешь их под контроль. Сегодня расскажу о своем эксперименте по обучению LoRA на стиле South Park — от сбора датасета до финальной модели. Поделюсь реальным опытом, техническими нюансами и самое главное — что конкретно сработало, а что оказалось пустой тратой времени. Меня зовут Илья, я основатель онлайн-нейросети для создания изображений ArtGeneration.me , техноблогер и нейро-евангелист. Идея обучить LoRA на стиле мультсериала пришла ко мне случайно. На глаза попался новый анимационный сериал "Ваш дружелюбный сосед Человек-паук", и я подумал: "Было бы классно обучить LoRA именно на этом стиле!" Я уже обучал LoRA на отдельных персонажах и простых стилях, но на таких сложных и комплексных особо ещё не тренировал. Но стиль человека-паука показался мне слишком сложным для первого эксперимента такого рода. Решил сначала потренироваться на чем-то попроще. И тут удачно подвернулась спешл-серия South Park! Стиль South Park простой, узнаваемый, многие его любят (включая меня). На Civitai уже была одна LoRA South Park, так что я подумал — если смог кто-то другой, то и я смогу! Спойлер: всё оказалось гораздо сложнее, чем я думал. Но обо всём по порядку.

Da ich mich nicht nur mit dem (Haupt-Mesh) LoRa 868 MHz, sondern auch schon mit dem recht neuen (Sub-Netz) ESP-NOW beschäftige (https://buymeacoffee.com/ripplebiz/esp-now-overview) sind es mittlerweile folgende Devices:

Jeweils ein Heltec V3 als Repeater und Room-Server. Als Companion Radios ein Heltec V3, ein RAK 4630, ein T-Deck, ein T1000E und ein Seeed Studio Xiao S3 WIO.

Für das neue Sub-Netz ebenfalls einen Heltec V3 als Repeater, ein weiterer als USB Companion Radio und ein T-Display S3 Pro.

In einer Schublade liegen noch drei sehr selten verwendete T-Beams aus meiner Anfangszeit, und wenn die Post heute oder morgen liefert, kommt auch noch ein Heltec T114 dazu ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Zurzeit gibt es, nach meinem heutigen Kenntnisstand, drei wichtige #Meshnetzwerke. Zunächst das allseits bekannte #Meshtastic, dann #Reticulum und auch #MeshCore.

Während sich Reticulum hauptsächlich als #Cryptography basierten Netzwerk-Stack sieht, das auch (!) LoRa kann, so tritt MeshCore eher in die Fußstapfen von Meshtastic, vermeidet dabei aber die Konzeptfehler, die gleich zu Anfang bei Meshtastic entstanden sind. Damals konnte ja noch kein Entwickler ahnen, welchen Zulauf und welche Größe MT erreichen wird.

Bei MC wird deshalb von vornherein auf viele Dinge verzichtet, die zwar "nett" sind, aber das Netz belasten und nicht wirklich nötig sind.

Dazu zählt, dass nicht jeder Node auch gleich ein "Repeater" ist, ständig Telemetriedaten über das Mesh geschickt werden und vieles mehr.

Es werden also wesentlich (!) weniger Daten durch das Netz "gequetscht". MeshCore ist jetzt seit rund vier Monaten online, aber ein absoluter "Senkrechtstarter". In London sind bereits mehr als 100 Nodes online und insgesamt schon mehr als 1.100 Nodes.

Tomorrow I will be working on porting meshcore to the t deck pro some more. I've currently got it working as a companion radio but need to add deep sleep, battery voltage reading and then the display.

After that it's on to a stand alone device which will take a while as there is no real UI available yet.

Maksimum 4 h działań na dobę, reszta wolne – można iść na łąki łapać kleszcze. Trzeba być odpornym na wrzaski żurawi. I ujadanie przyjaznych ale dzikich piesków.
