When my mother passed away, there was this imaginary tableau that I experienced during the crossing. Then medical transport services, mostly just rent-an-ambulance. The pinnacle was #Hospice, like #capitalism just fell off the edge of the world, it didn’t matter. Suddenly, shockingly, incredibly. #death

Every health care facility I know is understaffed (my husband Jim is in healthcare). This public health nightmare was caused by the first DT administration when at least a third of workers died, became disabled or quit because of pandemic response failures. No other country was as badly managed. Now de professionalizing nursing is outrageous and we need to train and support more healthcare workers not fewer.
