Со спонтанного присеста победил грёбаный #PipeWire в борьбе за звук с рэковой карточки. 🎉

Написал конфиг который создаёт 8 виртуальных моно-каналов - по одному для каждого аналогового входа (если когда-нибудь добавлю каналов по ADAT - придётся дописывать) и один стерео-канал для лупбэка.

Для будущих поколений (и себя) добавил его туда же, где лежал аналогичный конфиг для PulseAudio:

Теперь я наконец-то могу под линуксами в чатиках говорить в нормальный микрофон через весь давно выстроенный звуковой тракт.

Thinking about a patch bay to reduce the cables everywhere... and maybe some new cables... and what if I patch the midi through a few channels in the patch bay too?!

#iosAudio #midi #AudioSetup Hardware synths and guitars go to a #patchbay and from there to 8chan interface. hw usb midi go to hub which connects to ai midi in. Camera connect goes from usb hub to iPad. #AUM on iPad routes the midi. hw midi din to usb converters go to another hub that connects to Mac to use synth editors when available. Audio out from Mac/Logic to ai so I can use Sculpture in iPad. I have a #ConductiveLabs midi router to avoid all this but midi is so intuitive I rarely use.
