Haciendo downgrade de #pyqt5 en @archlinux, a veces hay que esperar un poco para que todo el ecosistema de paquetes funcione correctamente.
En este caso, gns3-gui ha quedado atrás y no carga con la nueva release de python-pyqt5 en Arch.

El flag -a (o --handle) es el que le indica a #nftables que muestre los handles de cada regla.
Los handles son números únicos que permiten modificar o borrar reglas específicas sin necesidad de hacer flush y recargar toda la configuración.

There's a mantra about the importance of redundancy that originated a long time ago in the military but applies in many contexts, including system and network administration.
"Two is one, and one is none." 🖥️ 🖥️
It's the design concept of the Internet itself—when it was still called "ARPANET". The idea was that in the event of a nuclear strike where a large part of the country was wiped off the face of the Earth, surviving systems and 'inter-networks' in other geographical regions would still be able to communicate with each other with little or no manual reconfiguration.
Resilience in the wake of failure was the goal, communication was to be ensured at all costs.
RAID, failover WAN, BGP (and TCP/IP routing in general), server clustering all mitigate downtime in the event of failure of a single component (or even scheduled maintenance where pieces must be taken offline).
It's a practice that I won't say I'm *obsessed* over, but I absolutely enjoy employing it wherever I can, even if it seems overkill. ✅ 💙 😎 Call it my inner-prepper, I dunno 😂

⚙️ Por esto es que podemos configurar un #firewall stateful con protocolos sin handshake.
⚙️ Obviamente no se bloquea UDP por defecto, y no, UDP no tiene handshake ni conexión en TCP/IP.
En fin, las conexiones en protocolos de #TCPIP y las conexiones que identifica #netfilter con #conntrack no son las mismas.

🟢 Un paquete de respuesta es conexión para conntrack
A nivel #TCPIP, #UDP es un protocolo de transporte sin conexión, pero a nivel #netfilter, un paquete de respuesta se considera parte de una conexión establecida.
Por eso es que podemos seguir "conexiones" #icmp o #ip, que son protocolos sin handshake también.
De hecho, el "syn-ack" de #tcp ya es conexión para #conntrack, por más que no sea (todavía) una conexión TCP 😜
