Things I Learned Today;
How to get formatted headings to show up.
start the line with a ( pound sign, hash tag, number sign, or Octothorp, octothorpe, octathorp, octatherp or # or what ever you call it) followed by a space and then the text of the heading
and the previous line must be a blank unless its the 1st line in the document.
The more consecutive # the lower the status of the heading.

The link property text will not change on file save-as, so it will look like the old file is still being used.
save-all and Close-all and reopen the master file and the link property text will appear correct.

managing multiple files
When assemble objects are in separate files and the objects are linked to objects in a master file, file naming becomes important.
Loading a master file will cause the dependent files to be partially loaded!
Do not try to work with or rename these files until reloading them[right-click,reload].
When you rename a dependent file(save-as) the links in the master file will get renamed
BUT ...

operational anomaly:
1. A new assemble can be created in a file that does not have an assemble.
2. A second assemble can NOT be created in a file that has an assemble.
3. A second assemble can be create in an existing assemble(making it a child to an existing assemble).
4. An assemble that is a child of an assemble can be dragged out of the parent and dropped as sibling to the parent; thus created two assembles in the file.

When dependent files are auto-loaded into the workspace , they are only partially loaded!
All edits will be lost if you dont reload file.
See reload in context menu( right click) file in the tree-viewer.
The clue, that is easy to miss, is a warning in the report view.
