The main tilt mechanism in pinball has changed very little over the time. Basically you could take an old electro-mechanical game's tilt bob and put it in the latest pin released this year.

Road Show was missing the tilt bob and I stole one from my Mars Trek project, there may be 17 years between these releases, but the tilt went in just fine!

I noticed that when I link or import a file there is on action to "promote to layer" and an action to "demote to group".

Why would I want to do one of the other?

I dont know what is the difference between group and layer.
