Auf der Online-Konferenz âUnite To Fightâ haben Patienten und Mediziner erstmals gemeinsam ĂŒber ME/CFS und Long COVID gesprochen.
Gravierende Folgen auch fĂŒr den Arbeitsmarkt:
âBis zum Jahr 2033 werden voraussichtlich eine Milliarde Menschen an Long COVID leiden â die meisten davon in den ökonomisch aktiven Altersgruppen.â
#LongCovid- und #MECFS-Erkrankte haben eine internationale GroĂkonferenz organisiert, um ihre Situation zu verdeutlichen. Anlass ist eine Reihe von Suiziden.
#UnitetoFight2024 war echt eine sehr spannende Konferenz. Viele Insights mitgenommen, an so mancher Stelle endlich mal "the bigger picture" verstanden, das hinter dieser schweren und komplexen Krankheit steckt. Die VortrĂ€ge werden in den kommenden Wochen ĂŒbersetzt und veröffentlicht. Checkt also regelmĂ€Ăig die Seite:
