So I think I have #Warudo mostly figured out now. Their Stream Deck plugin is fundamentally broken and they don't know why or how to fix it, so that's just right out of the picture for use. Instead, keybindings work just fine. I've mapped all my basic expressions to the same keys I use in #VSeeFace and I'm using a different set for animations.
I still haven't fully figured out why my models, barring a test model, have no mouth tracking. I think it might have to do with the way I copied the blendshapes onto the models. VSeeFace is fine with me doing it that way, but I think Warudo is a bit more picky. Which means if I'm right I have to do things the hard way for each of my models instead, which is annoying but doable.
So yeah, still trying to get Warudo working for me, but until I do I'll keep using VSeeFace. I would love to find a way to do my textures swaps in a better way that allows fade ins/outs, but the way I do it for VSeeFace does not seem to work for Waurdo. Fingers crossed for being able to do it someday.
