I started to use #PerplexityAI for my web #search tasks recently. This article seems to confirm it was a good choice. 👍

Today’s #training was a #ProgressiveRun (3km 5:30, 3km 5:15, 2km 5:05, 2km 4:55, 1.5k warmup & cooldown).
I was struggling to keep the base in the last two reps. My legs felt heavy as hell today.

Today’s #training was a progressive #LongRun with #hills with a target accumulated elevation of 360m. Missed that one, made 318. But to be honest, I avoided (up) hills in the last rep because I couldn’t keep up.
Another Thursday, another #EasyRun. Of course, with #hills.
I just watched the last episode of #StarTrek #Discovery. No I am feeling a bit #sentimental - like I did after watching all the other last episodes of the newer series…
Today’s #training was a 4-3-2-1 #Tempo workout, where I started with 5:10/km and ended with 4:55/km, decreasing by 5 seconds on each rep. Even if they are challenging ( or just because?), I ❤️ Tempo runs!
@robchapman Good to know I am not the only one :D
Today’s #training with #Runna was a 11km #LongJog with no limits besides being at conversational pace… well, I had no one to talk to other than myself, so the pace went a bit off… 😂🤷♂️
After the lunch break, get back in with half an hour of #Hardstyle. Absolute #recommendation. Especially on #Friday.
Today’s #training with #Runna was a 10 km #EasyRun.
Today’s #training with #Runna🏃♂️:
2.6 km #warmup
12 x #HillRepeats 1 Minute 🏞️
2.6 km #cooldown
… am I strange if I like this kind of training??? 🫣🤔
🍊 Der Witz kommt flach wie eine Mandarine unterm LKW, aber ist eben der internationale Tag der Früchte.
Today was the last #race before the #summer break. It was a race up to the #Uetliberg above #Zurich. I need to find a solution for my #traffic problems on such races. Got stuck three times today, but enjoyed the race.
Today’s #training was another #EasyRun. Today was the first after a long time where I enjoyed staying easy, so it was effortless today to keep the #pace in the right range. ✌️🏃♂️
