Song sparrow. Iā€™ve been spending more time at my parentsā€™ and Iā€™ve been able to find an hour or so at the beginning and end of the day to get out with the camera. They live in a senior community so there are tons of plants and trees. And birds.

Finished another little landscape... and noticed, that I'm inconsistent.

I paint whatever I want and am happy. Landscapes, plants, animals and occasionally people even. It just makes me happy and changing things up helps to stay happy and loose and enjoy the process.

So I hope you all will find whatever makes you happy and if you feel stuck, change things up. It doesn't only work for art.
