Tonight's meditation is a body scan to help you identify any tension in your body and release it.

Again, it is a shorter meditation since my goal is to help you get a dose of relaxation in a busy day.

It is available pretty much anywhere you get your podcasts, my website, an on YouTube with and without captions.

@mayaisloading A lot of these work for me. Adding +1 for:

1. No #caffeine after 5PM.
2. Cold dark bedroom.
3. Warm bedding/heat pad in winter.
4. No screens for an hour before bed.
5. Don't go to bed until tired.

And I'll add:

6. Do a #BodyScan #meditation, preferably one where you flex and relax each muscle group.
7. If you're stressed, a meditation to observe and release your thoughts helps too.
