Gli obiettivi non sono abbastanza ambiziosi e vincolanti. Il mio governo, che si dimostra grande amico della Commissione quando si tratta di spendere in armi, non fa nulla per ridurre le emissioni, anzi peggiora le condizioni dell'Italia, i cittadini coontinuano a guidare auto con motore termico e riscaldarsi con il gas, perché nessuno li aiuta a cambiare, non ci sono infrastrutture, i politici fingono che le cose vadano bene. Subiamo disastri climatici uno dietro l'altro, siamo poveri e spaventati. Dovete obbligare i governi a credere al cambiamento climatico e ad agire di conseguenza, e se non lo fanno dovete parlare chiaro, non essere sempre accomodanti e sorridenti con i negazionisti perché volete i loro voti per comprare più armi e militarizzare le frontiere. I libri di storia, se mai ne verranno scritti ancora tra cento anni, diranno cose terribili su questa classe politica.
Ho paura che per voi flessibilità ed efficienza si traducano in opacità e scarsa efficacia. Per venire incontro alle aziende, che hanno fatto scelte scellerate negli anni e ora spargono lacrime di coccodrilli (senza offesa per i coccodrilli), si fanno scelte pavide e poco lungimiranti. I crediti rischiano di essere l'ennesima foglia di fico per le aziende che non vogliono fare scelte coraggiose, e offendono e sviliscono chi invece aveva deciso di fare quelle scelte coraggiose e necessarie.
