Pozole 😋 Takes a couple hours to make so it's a good Sunday recipe. I halved the recipe but didn't half the cinnamon so it's a little strong but still so tasty. "Our #cookbook of the week is Arthurs: Home of the Nosh by Raegan Steinberg and Alexander Cohen, co-owners of #Montreal’s Arthurs Nosh Bar, with writer Evelyne Eng.

Raegan Steinberg paid homage to her late father, Arthur Steinberg, with a restaurant. She and her husband, executive chef Alexander Cohen, opened Arthurs Nosh Bar in 2016. Today, Montrealers (and the occasional visiting celebrity) line up for a seat at their luncheonette.

Gestern Nextcloud Cookbook auf dem Raspi installiert. Funktioniert wunderbar und dank Android App sind die Rezepte auch ohne Laptop beim Kochen verfügbar. Meine Frau war fleissig und hat ihre Rezepte gleich übertragen, was bei den meisten nur den URL brauchte.
Und dank Freigabe können wir die gleiche Datenbasis sehen und pflegen.

The sheer exasperation of trying a new recipe that is fussy, uses 3 kitchen appliances, and leaves vast windrows of dirty dishes…and finding that it is quite delicious and I definitely will want to eat it again in future. 🤦🏻‍♀️
