Can anyone tell me if the "Panasonic LUMIX FZ80D" a good enough camera to dabble in photography? Finding it for like 330$ on ebay from reputable looking sellers, so might save up for a cheap camera.

Also noticing that a lot of photographers are a bit gatekeepy, so I will prolly do my own thing.

Not sure about this 3d printed “low profile” hood for the Pentax 50 1.4 on Printables. It doesn’t vignette, is styled after the limited 40mm, fits well, and looks neat?! Blocks the cap and threads, though. 🤔 Meanwhile the cheap rubber hood I have vignettes slightly!🤦‍♂️ #CameraGear #BelieveInFilm

This was my first test with a super cheap Seneca 8 that I picked up a while ago to complement the Seneca 6 I had previously stripped and restored. The 8 is in much better original condition, just needing a bit of unfreezing and cleaning for the shutter and finder! #CameraGear #MenderRevealParty

Box cameras are all simple, but this is older than most (~130y) and very rudimentary: A simple shutter, 3 apertures, 2x big finders, 1x switch to interrupt the shutter for T exposures, the cool mechanism for falling plate advance, a trap door on the bottom to get the exp plates. #CameraGear
