Having the plasterboard in the salle de musique painted to cover the huge discoloured patches.
The handyman/gardener is pleased with his work. The patches are certainly covered.
Had to be a dark colour, for stain covering. I chose dark blue - specifically the lush colour used a lot in SE France. I have a mug in the colour: it's glorious. He nodded and went to the #paint suppliers.

Never allow someone to buy paint for you unless you've tested their #colour sensitivity.

Le sigh.
