Jusqu'à présent j'utilisais le client #subsonic : #DSub pour accéder à mon compte #Funkwhale, mais il est un peu vieillot et il semble qu'il n'est plus vraiment maintenu.
Je vois qu'il existe un nouveau client qui a l'air plus récent: #Tempus , vais tester ca.

Geht’s auch ohne #streaming service? Ich experimentiere dazu gerade: #Navidrome macht einen super Eindruck und mit #DSub2000 (#Dsub fork) scheint es ein richtig gute #floss Android app zu geben.
Größte Herausforderung ist natürlich erstmal die Musiksammlung wieder zu erstellen. Zum Glück hab ich aus pre-streaming Zeiten eine gute Ausgangsbasis.

Want to wane myself off of #Spotify. Set up a #navidrome server over the weekend, to unlock my personal digital music collection in a Spotify-like way. Trying out #DSub and #Subsonic apps on android, and #Sonixd on the desktop. Loving it. Of course, I won't have immediate access to the huge catalog of Spotify, but in return I do get a lot of music that is not on Spotify, and no right-wing ownership.

Sometimes the Dsub app gets confused in the best ways.
(Private Airsonic server, likely I have a messy directory...)
A workaround for the Android app is to use a different #SubSonic Android app such as @SymfoniumMusic , #DSub or #Ultrasonic

@sergi I had it working flawlessly. I have a server using #raspberrypi and used #docker to host my services. I used #navidrome for setting the server, #nginx_proxy_manager for setting the external access and #substreamer or #dsub for listening.

#linux (eigentlich egal, welche Distro und welche Desktopumgebung) können die Standardmodi wie 640x480, 1024x764, etc. etc. bei 60Hz immer problemlos "out of the box", egal ob #hdmi oder #dsub.
Meine Meinung: entweder ist die Grafikkarte geschrottet oder der Monitor (weil er per Signal nicht mehr die Auflösung korrekt übermittelt).
Einfach das eine und andere jeweils austauschen und testen.
Vorher ist Software-Basteln Zeitverschwendung.

Je viens de tester de jouer une liste de lecture en aléatoire, ca semble fonctionner avec funkwhale en tout cas.
Par contre il semble qu'il n'y ait pas beaucoup d'options pour la mise en cache, comparé a #DSub par exemple. Et effectivement pas de recherche par genre non plus...
Je ressens également un peu de lenteur, mais je ne saurais dire si c'est a cause de mon petit serveur Raspberry ou de l'app ^^
Ce serait chouette un plugin #Funkwhale pour régler la taille du cache/tampon et ainsi pouvoir garder X Go de musique sur son ordinateur sans être obligé de re-streamer chaque fois.
C'est une super fonction qui existe sur l'application #DSub et c'est très pratique quand tu écoutes des albums en boucle ^^

Pour le moment il n'y a pas d'application Funkwhale officielle, mais elle est compatible avec toutes les applications compatibles avec Subsonic comme #Dsub ou d'autres.
Il existe une application qui s'appelle "Otter" mais elle semble encore un peu jeune et manque peut-être un peu de fonctionnalités.
Dsub est gratuite sur Fdroid, et payante sur GooglePlay si jamais ..

J'utilise l'application #DSub , tu peux configurer l'app pour qu'elle accède a ton compte funkwhale mais également lui donner une taille de tampon, par exemple 10Go ou plus. Ensuite elle gardera ces 10Go de musique que tu écoutes sur ton téléphone, donc tu peux écouter même sans connexion, oui ^^
