AI is often compared to a calculator or a sophisticated helper tool for boring or exhausting tasks, but it also takes away a lot of nice creative work (text writing). Perhaps it is better compared to the invention of photography, which led to a fundamental change in art, away from naturalistic painting—now achievable by the camera—leading to more abstract images.
