Though Form 26A is allowed under Sec 201(1), CPC may not accept it reliably for Section 194-IB cases.
👉 Suggested options
1️⃣ Pay TDS with interest & fee (if rent was actually paid)
2️⃣ File updated return & remove HRA
3️⃣ Reduce HRA claim (i.e., rent < ₹6L) based on formula

@robert_rosendal Het is schandalig dat juist #liberalen van een eerste levensbehoefte als wonen, een graaimodel hebben gemaakt. Misschien nog meer dan een #basisinkomen zou er een #basiswoonvoorziening moeten komen die iedereen het recht geeft op een x aantal m2 woonruimte. Daarmee zou de druk op de woningmarkt kleiner worden waardoor ook het ‘gewone’ wonen weer betaalbaar wordt. En de #HRA, dat hogere inkomens een perverse prikkel geeft om max te lenen en bieden, moet afgeschaft worden!
