Warum immer etwas "Schweres" zum Abendessen, wenn auch ein Salat reicht? Dazu auch noch #Keto geeignet.
Thunfisch-Eier-Salat pro Portion:
1 Dose Thunfisch (im eigenen Saft)
3 Eier
2 EL Olivenöl
Grüner Salat
1 große rote Zwiebel
2 Knoblauchzehen
Salz, Pfeffer, optional Chiliflocken.
Eier kochen, anschließend grob klein hacken, den Thunfisch ausdrücken, damit der Saft raus ist, dann alle Zutaten in einer Schüssel vermischen.
Cocoa mousse
2 eggs 2 tablespoons of 100% cocoa powder 1 tablespoon of butter 20 drops of sodium cyclamate and sodium saccharin sweetener (change it to whatever you prefer) Mix egg yolks with butter, cocoa and sweetener. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the mixtures together until combined, then refrigerate. by henriquegogo

Last day of eating meat: April 12th, at the Greek #Easter (we eat a massive lamb/goat meal that day traditionally). Just so I can be with my family in the celebration.
In the meantime, I've already cut out commercial chicken and pork (I allow village hens and boar for now). I also do 16-8 fasting, with no snacking. I feel much better, and my recent blood tests show that. Good stuff overall.
I got irritable with my therapist today for the first time.
I used my words and she thanked me.
I was then able to realize why. Bc I had broken #keto the night before and that when that happens I become insanely hungry for high glycemic carbohydrates like bread; but I hadn't eaten today; so I had a keto friendly soda and was no longer irritable again. :)

This brownie mix hits a unique Venn diagram overlap in my house - Keto, which helps me as a diabetic, and gluten-free, so my wife can enjoy it too.
I admit that it's not quite the same mouthfeel as a conventional brownie mix, but it works as advertised - I didn't get the sickening glucose spike that I would have gotten from a regular mix, or even another gluten-free version.

In der Ketose sollte man mehr trinken, der Diätologe meinte, 3 - 3,5 Liter sollten es mindestens sein.
In der Regel schaffe ich um die 4,5 Liter. Dabei hilft mir Sprudelwasser mit ein klein wenig zuckerfreier Sirup (nach 1/2 l Leitungswasser auf nüchternen Magen).
Und da gibt es Phasen/Tage da werden es mehr. Für heute waren es 6,5 Liter + 3 wässerige Kaffee ( = 1Kaffeepad und doppelte Wassermenge, damit etwa 1/4 l).
Ich solle aber darauf schauen, dass ich genug Salze, meinte der Diätologe. In den monatlichen Blutuntersuchungen war hierzu bisher alles top (Mineralstoffe, Nierenwerte).
7 Liter WÄREN akut gefährlich, wenn man "bloßes Wasser" in sehr kurzer Zeit trinkt - wobei ich nicht weiß, wie man das schaffen kann, aber manch wenige konnten das offenbar.
I'm thinking of cutting out on meat, maybe out of 14 meals (no breakfast) in a week, 3 would contain seafood and the Sunday meal could be red meat.
I'm personally of the opinion that meat is instrumental to health (especially because of my celiacs), however, after the #Epstein stuff with #cannibalism, and my love for animals, I feel like throwing up every time I see meat. I want to be eating meat, but I just can't do it anymore.
