Wasted a few hours spinning up a new Active Directory environment because the brand new ADC decided that it didn't want to create all of the required DNS records so no other machines could join. None of the standard tooling to force this (dcdiag, nltest, etc) worked. Had to nuke and rebuild. The same process worked without issue after that.
